What product systems can Dermadream support?

Dermadream can support microneedling device systems, machine-compatible needle cartridges, standalone applicator tools, crystal / nano / silicone head options, derma rollers and multi-head tools, private label packaging, and starter kits.

Can you help match devices, cartridges, and accessories?

Yes. Product matching can be reviewed during the RFQ stage. For example, F20 can be matched with NK3 PRO and NK3 Ultra options, F10 / F9S can be matched with NK2 PRO, and H7 can be matched with NL1 PRO. Final compatibility should be confirmed by selected model.

Private Label & OEM/ODM

Do you support private label packaging?

Yes. Logo, color, product box, user manual, insert, tray, storage box, starter kit bundle, and N in 1 combination packaging can be discussed according to project requirements.

What customization options are available?

Common options include logo customization, product color customization, private label packaging, box design support, user manual / insert support, tray / inner support planning, storage box support, starter kit planning, and product bundle planning.

Can we start with samples before a batch order?

Yes. Existing product samples, logo / simple packaging samples, customized packaging samples, and starter kit samples can be discussed. Sample time depends on product type, customization requirements, and sample availability.

MOQ & Lead Time

What is the MOQ?

MOQ depends on product type, customization level, packaging requirements, and order quantity. Existing model samples may support low quantities, while logo, color, packaging, tray, starter kit, and new mold projects have different MOQ logic.

How long does sampling or batch production take?

Existing product samples are commonly about 3-7 working days. Logo or simple packaging samples are commonly about 7-15 working days. Customized packaging or starter kit samples are commonly about 10-20 working days. Batch production time is confirmed after specification, packaging, and quantity are finalized.

Quality & Documentation

What quality checks are included?

The workflow can include incoming material check, assembly inspection, functional test, appearance check, logo / color check, packaging check, protective packaging inspection, shipment documentation support, batch record support, and reorder consistency check.

Can you provide certificates or shipment documents?

Yes, certificate and documentation support is available for selected products and projects. Available documents may include ISO system certificates, CE, RoHS, KC battery-related documents, patent documents, product test reports, packaging documents, and export-related files depending on product model, certificate scope, destination market, and project requirements.
